The Greatest Gift is Love

Ambition in itself is a good thing.

The question is: what are we ambitious about?

St. Paul says:

‘Be ambitious for the higher gifts.

And the greatest of these is love.’

Lord, fill our hearts with your love

so that we may be sacrament for others,

live with integrity

and dwell in a Holy Communion with all.
